Thank you for your your feedback! Due to your feedback we are creating a contact form that you can use on your website with ease. The same single line technology where you can add the custom reviews and feedback widget to your website will allow you to add a contact form to your website.

This contact form will be able to be branded for the needs of your website and you will be able to collect the informaiton you need. Once a customer submits the form you will get an email letting you know that you have a new submission and that you need to respond back with all the details in it. You will also be able to manage these contacts via your dashboard so you can have history on the contact you have had.

This new feature will come at the beginning of 2014 and will allow you to tie these submissions back to the other data you collect for your website. We are working toward giving you all the features you need for your website so you don't need to use multiple services.
